About Our Home Remodeling Company

“This was the first Kitchen Renovation of this apt in maybe 40 years and my first ever. I wanted it to maintain the history BUT bring my own spark into the Design. I knew what I was looking for but wasn't sure I could fully communicate that spirit. Luckily I was connected to the Designer-William-at KBR and he GOT IT from the very beginning! Grateful that the final result is the Revision imagined in my mind's eye that will be with me for the next life chapter!”

“KBR recently finished a full renovation of my kitchen and I couldn't be happier with the result. I have a small galley kitchen and KBR helped me create a space that feels more open, welcoming, and usable. I had a general idea of the direction I wanted to go and KBR's assigned me a designer, Nidhi, who helped me choose the right materials and colors. The work was done on time and the quality is great. Everyone at KBR was responsive and professional. I highly recommend KBR”

“KBRNY did an incredible job on our full gut renovation in DUMBO. They provided a skilled designer to help us choose gorgeous materials, a dedicated project manager who kept everything on time and on budget, and an exceptional team of contractors, electricians, and plumbers who delivered flawless work. The result is stunning and exactly what we envisioned. Highly recommend KBRNY to anyone looking for a luxury renovation done right!”

“We recently completed a complex apartment combination and total renovation of our 1,200 SF home with KBR Design & Build, and the results are spectacular. A huge thank you to the owners, Noam and Yosi, our Project Manager Will, our designer Michelle, and our Project Coordinator Eleena. Combining pre-war units in NYC is notoriously difficult, but this team handled the entire process with total professionalism. What really set KBR apart for us is that they are a well-established company with a permanently staffed office. It was incredibly valuable knowing that someone was always available during business hours to answer questions. It’s clear they are in this for the long haul-not a contractor that will disappear when you need them most. The technical execution was also top-tier. KBR managed the complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scope, which included installing two new electrical panels, all new branch circuits, and a new multi-zone HVAC system. Will was also fantastic at coordinating directly with our building superintendent to ensure all site protections and building rules were strictly followed. If you want a reliable team that handles high-stakes NYC technical requirements and design details with equal skill, I highly recommend KBR!”

“We hired KBRNY for a full gut renovation of our condo in DUMBO, and they delivered a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Their team provided a talented designer who helped us choose beautiful, high-quality materials, and a highly organized project manager who kept the renovation on schedule and within scope. The craftsmanship from their contractor, electrician, and plumber was outstanding-every detail was completed with precision and care. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Our home now feels modern, luxurious, and perfectly suited to our style. KBRNY is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-end general contractor in NYC.”

“KRB Design & Build exceeded all expectations. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, creative, and attentive to every detail. They turned our vision into a stunning reality with high-end finishes, smart design solutions, and flawless execution. The project stayed on schedule and within budget - a rare combination.”

“The communication was also excellent. They kept me updated at every stage, explained each design choice clearly, and respected both my time and my budget. I never felt rushed or pressured - instead, I felt guided by professionals who genuinely care about their clients.”
